COLD AVOCADO SOUP

Ingredients:
- Mango
- Avocado
- 1 tablespoon of fresh mint or spearmint
- 500 grams of cream
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients, refrigerate and serve with Turbana plantain chips.
