• 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of cream
  • 1/2 cup of cilantro minced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • Onion minced
  • Lemon juice
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Turbana plantain chips


Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion and the garlic until golden brown. Separately,
dissolve the unflavored gelatin in cold water, and then put it on the stove without letting it boil.
Mix the cream cheese, the cream, the gelatin, the onion, the garlic and the cilantro. Pour the
mixture in a mold previously greased and refrigerate until set. Serve with Turbana plantain chips.
